I say "we" because although I'm involved in most projects (some are referred to additional resources), I work with a small group of wizards who I turn to when I don't know all the answers, and I involve them in developing solutions. In that case, I'm the 'main contractor' and I hire the right people.

Studio Consultancy
I work with studios of all sizes, private and commercial, in deciding on and implementing building work, acoustic treatment, equipment selection, evaluation, installation and vintage gear refurbishing.
Music Marketing, Media and Promotion
I can assume the role of a guide and mentor. The music business is going through massive changes; the old 'major label' paradigm is almost over. Although this can present a new set of challenges, the available opportunities are expanding dramatically. Revenue is earned from sources other than record sales, and I can help new artists gain sufficient momentum to open doors to efficient marketing and distribution services, make the necessary introductions and help negotiate favorable business relationships. I don't manage artists, and because of my limited time and resources, I only work with artists with whom I share a belief and common vision.
Information Management
I have designed Macintosh-based systems for studios, record companies, film and TV production companies to track projects, handle work schedules, session tracksheets, invoicing, cost control, artists costs and revenue, project scheduling and management.
